Service Description

The Tee Agent (“we,” “us,” “our”) provides weather-aware tee time booking alerts via SMS for golf courses in the Dallas-Fort Worth area. When a course’s booking window opens for a day that matches your preferences and the weather forecast is favorable, we send you a text message with a link to that course’s booking page.

SMS Messaging Terms

• By opting in, you consent to receive recurring automated SMS tee time alerts from The Tee Agent.
• Message frequency: up to 4 messages per day.
• Message and data rates may apply. Contact your carrier for details.
• Reply STOP to any message to opt out of all future texts.
• You can also pause alerts from your dashboard or email us at hello@theteeagent.com.
• SMS consent is not a condition of purchase. The service is currently free.

No Guarantees

We do not guarantee tee time availability. Alerts are informational — a booking window being open does not mean a specific tee time will be available when you attempt to book. Weather forecasts are provided by third-party services and may not be accurate.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and have a valid US mobile phone number to use this service.

Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that misuse the service. You can delete your account at any time by emailing hello@theteeagent.com.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
